Flavored Cigar Ban in Minneapolis

Minneapolis is reported to be the first city in Minnesota to ban sale of flavored tobacco in gas station & convenience stores limit their sales in tobacco stores only. According to a Star Tribune report, the city ordinance sales of flavored cigars, smokeless tobacco, hookah tobacco & e-cigarettes would be permitted in tobacco stores only. According to the paper, similar laws have been enacted in New York & Rhode Island.

According the report, flavor cigar prices have been increased in Bloomington, St. Paul, Maplewood and Brooklyn Center.
